📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Hold The Line Apparel Co., every shirt is made just for you once you place an order. Because our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering.

✅ We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The print is misaligned, faded, or incorrect.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to what you ordered.

👉 If any of these apply, contact us at info@holdtheapparelco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

📍 Where to Send Returns

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns back to our print facility. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide instructions.
